Order Processing
Orders are typically processed on a daily basis Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Occasionally we will have a delay of a few days due to either backorders or vacation days. 95% of our orders ship within 2 days.
Shipping Methods
Free Shipping is included with all Video Poker Victory orders.
For customers located in the United States, we utilize Priority Mail to ship and track our packages through the US Postal Service. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 to 3 mailing days although the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you are ordering during the holiday season, you can expect delivery to take a few extra days due to holiday mail volume.
For international customers, we ship via Airmail. The US Postal Service claims delivery in 4 to 7 days, but in our experience this is overly optimistic. Expect two weeks of delivery time outside the US, perhaps longer to some destinations.
